We teach kids as young as preschool all the way up to adults, with karate, taekwondo, kickboxing, and self-defense under one roof. Busy parents also love our after-school program with school pickup and homework time. Visit us at 613 Schoolhouse Rd, next to Goodwill off South Florida Ave, and try your first class for just $49.
Our Martial Arts Programs
Our youngest students learn listening skills, balance, and coordination in a playful, structured class built for little ones ages 3 to 5.
Our kids classes teach respect, focus, and self-control along with real self-defense skills, including how to handle bullies and stay safe around strangers. Kids earn belts as they grow, and every class is designed to be fun.
Karate is at the heart of what we do. Students learn strong stances, blocks, strikes, and forms while building discipline and confidence that carry into school and home.

→ Karate vs. Taekwondo: which is right for your child?
Taekwondo adds dynamic kicking techniques, flexibility, and athleticism. Not sure whether karate or taekwondo fits your child best? Our guide breaks down the differences, or just ask Master Jae at your trial class. Elements of karate, taekwondo, and kickboxing are all part of our core curriculum, so every student gets the best of each.
Our after-school program runs Monday through Friday. We pick your child up from school, give them time for homework, and then they train in martial arts. It’s a safe, structured, and active place to spend the afternoon instead of sitting in front of a screen. We currently pick up from Scott Lake, Highlands Grove, South McKeel, Mulberry McKeel, Lincoln Avenue, and Magnolia Montessori.

When school’s out, our martial arts summer camp keeps kids active, learning, and making friends all summer long. 2027 camp dates are coming soon.
Martial arts gives teens a positive outlet, a great workout, and goals to work toward. It’s a healthy way to build confidence and channel energy.
Adults train for fitness, stress relief, and practical self-defense. Classes are fun and empowering, and they’re a serious workout, whether you’re brand new or returning to the mat. Teens and adults have their own dedicated class, and kickboxing-style conditioning is part of the core curriculum.
